Copying Event Info/Descriptions From Word Document

Before copying what you have on a Word document and pasting it into the Header or a Field Label, you should know that doing so will add formatting issues and unwanted coding behind the scenes of what you pasted. In other words, don't copy/paste directly from a Word document.

We advise that you use this handy tool (http://word2cleanhtml.com/) to "clean up" the Word document to make it suitable for editing in the Header or Field Labels in the ePly system.

Simply go to the website, copy and paste the information from Word to there, and click the "Convert to Clean HTML" button in the bottom right.

Once you have that, highlight it, copy and paste it into the HTML tab of the Header or Field Label, then click on the design tab and format it (font color, size, alignment) accordingly.
