Workshop Selection with Discounts for selecting more than one

1. Multi-Session Selection with an Automatic Discount applied if Registrant is attending both.

Fields needed:

  • At least two Checkbox fields and one Plain Text field

Add Plain Text field
  1. Click the "Add Field" button.
  2. Set the Field Type to "Check Box".
  3. Edit the Field Name.
  4. Type the Pricing Information in the Label.
  5. Click Save
Add Check Box field
  1. Click the "Add Field" button.
  2. Set the Field Type to "Check Box".
  3. Edit the Field Name. *Field names need to have the session number, title, and time.
  4. Make sure the tax is set to "GST Only".
  5. Under Field Options, click add List item. You will copy the field name and paste it on the label of the list item. Type "Attending" in the value and the price for the single event.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat for the 2nd Checkbox field.
To Add Limits: 
  1. Click "Advanced Options" from the left menu.
  2. Click the "Add Limit" button.
  3. Give the limit a name, and type the max number.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Apply the limit by going to the Checkbox field and selecting "Each item draws from the same limit" and selecting the Limit name from the drop down.
  6. Type a Sold Out Message. ie. Session I is now sold out.
To Add Discounted Pricing:
  1. Click on the last Check Box field you created and scroll to the bottom and click the "Add Logic" button.
  2. Set the Logic Type to "Pricing"
  3. Set the price to the price that adds to the total discounted price from the first Check Box. ie if the price of selecting both sessions is $70 and session I is $42.50, set the price of session II to $27.50.
  4. The Dependent field should be set to "Session I's field name"
  5. The Dependent value should be set to "Attending".
  6. Click Save.
