Invites email not received by recipient

When recipients don't receive an email from the ePly Invites system, please check the following.  Note that the Invites system sends mail in a different way (and through different servers) than the regular ePly system:

1. First check that it has not been placed in a SPAM or junk mail folders etc. 

    - Often IT departments in larger companies have spam rules in place to control what emails are allowed.  Sometimes the rules get out of date, or need to be adjusted.

2. Identify if it is server related.

    2a. Go to the 'Email Templates' tab of the Invites system and click the 'Send Test Email' button.  This method will use the regular ePly mail servers, rather than the Invites mail server.  

    2b. Go to the 'Send Emails' tab of the Invites system and click the 'Send Test Email' button.  This method will use the Invites mail server.  


   
Implementation of Sender Policy Framework by the domain of the recipient may also be a factor.
