email broadcast is referred to as a “Campaign”.
1. Click “Send Emails” on the menu on the left side of the screen.
3. Define your campaign settings
i. Select the Mailing List that you want send to (this is where a descriptive list name comes in handy if you have several lists).
ii. Name your Campaign (for your reference only)
iii. Customize the From Name, From Email, and Reply-To Email.
iv. Select the form this campaign is associated with.
v. Select the Email Template you created.
5. Test your email.
Once you have saved the campaign, it’s a good idea to test your campaign before sending it to your contacts.
6. Once you are happy with all of the settings, Check the box to agree to the terms and then click
- You can preview the email (all of the items in square brackets are merge fields and will be completed when the email is sent)
