If your form requires too many limits to manually enter, you can add all of them at once by uploading an Excel file containing the limits and all associated options.
You may download this template at the bottom of this article - it contains a number of settings to adjust – Only “Name” (The name you’re applying to the limit) and “Quantity” (the actual number of the limit) are mandatory, the rest are optional. A full list of column settings are as follows:
- Name – A unique name is required for each limit.
- Quantity – The actual limit, expressed as a number.
- Show Current – Setting that allows the number of spaces taken to be displayed on the form. Values for this setting can be “True” or “False”. If left empty, the default is “False”.
- Show Available - Setting that allows the number of remaining available spaces to be displayed on the form. Values for this setting can be “True” or “False”. If left empty, the default is “False”.
- Close Form – Setting that will automatically close the form once the limit has been reached. Values for this setting can be “True” or “False”. If left empty, the default is “False”.
