Yesterday, between the times of 2:16 pm PST and 5:35 pm PST, ePly experienced intermittent issues that affected accessing the ePly Product and registrants registering on registration forms. In that time frame, there were brief system outages as our engineers rebooted the system after fixing the issue.
The root cause of the issue is being investigated by the engineering team.

(RESOLVED) - Search All feature
Related to issues experienced yesterday, we've currently disabled the Search All function so that it does not affect the current system. Please check back to be informed of the status of this feature.
(RESOLVED) - Reports feature
Currently, in the Reports area, our "More Reports" and "More Custom Reports" buttons are not functional.
To access Custom Reports, please click on the Report Manager at the bottom of the left menu
To access More Reports for Standard reports, in the URL bar above, please replace the highlighted text with the one below of the report you're trying to view:
Eg. To view the Summary report, you would copy " reports-summary.aspx?pn= " and paste it into the bolded text so that it looks like below:
We are working on a fix to have those buttons functional again.
