Our engineers were able to fix the issue and the ePly system is back up and running.
- Logging into the ePly has been fixed.
- Form submissions has been fixed.
All customer inquiries in our emergency voicemails have been followed up on.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
Further communication will be sent out on Monday regarding today's outage.

At approximately 5:45 AM Eastern Time, customers reported that they were unable to access the ePly system. If you are an ePly customer, you will be unable to log in to access your registration forms, and while registration forms are accessible to event attendees, registration submissions are not able to be processed at this time.
Our engineers are actively working to resolve the issue.
