There is a known issue regarding Email Notifications. Our engineers are working on it and we will provide an update as soon as we can. Sorry for any inconvenience this is causing.
1. Sending from an individual record via "Send Email"
2. Sending a test email in the email notifications area
3. Registrants registering and paying and not getting emails
